The bleached look was a bit on the dodgy side. I liked the 2nd picture, the one that your hair was a little bit longer. The short style was ok too.

I like the second photo. but then i like spikey hair on most guys! makes it look like you made an effort and suits the shape of your face more than the others. brown hair also suits your complexion and dark eyes :-)

Blond is not a good colour on you, it looks better dark. Either 2 or 3 are fine.
