Which hair style?

I am getting a hair cut in a couple of days and i don't know what to get.

I have shoulder length hair and it is staightish wavy(mostly wavy) adn i like it way better straight. i have brown eyes and hair adn a round face. Should i get bangs or not? What would look cute?

i too have wavy hair when it is grown longer since the age of thirteen i have had my hair cut short and it is straight until it grows i suggest u go to the h/dressers and have a look at the magazines and u may b inspired thats what i have done for the past 10 or something years

Bangs are for the 80s. Unless they are long bangs that just frame the face, don't get them.

Bangs are long this time around! Seen in People Mag that celeb's are wearing them past the eyebrow but not covering the whole eye.

Layers might look nice on you. I'm a bit iffy on bangs, but you could always get a few shorter layers cut to frame your face (instead of bangs).

It all depends. Sometimes it depends on your facial features, different bang styles can bring out a facial feature. Just like if a person has a big nose and wears a middle part, not a good look.

Either look through some books at a bookstore or go to the salon 15 minutes early to look at books for ideas and ask your stylist.

Bangs have been around for a long time, they just arent an 80's style.

Yes you can pull off the bangs. The thing is is what kind of bang cut you get. If your face is round then you might try having short layers that can be also styled as a bang. Like that way you could curl them a bit or you could part your hair to the side with the bangs to the side if you wished. That way if something were to go wrong and the cut didnt go as planed then you would still have a back up cut [sort of speak]
