I also have permed hair and mine frizzes if I don't use a really good shampoo. I've gone to salons and bought almost every kind of shampoo and conditioner you can think of and it still frizzes. I went to Wal-Mart and started trying different kinds. The best thing I found to hold the curls and make it not frizz is Pantene Pro-V. It helps control everything and makes a perm look really nice.

i'd go with suave or anything for permed hair and then the 3-minute miracle from aussie conditioner.

shampoo depends on individual. i hv perm hair for a yr already. i hv been using organic. my colleagues mention the brand which zhang zi yi endorsed is good. most importantly, shampoo moisturises yr hair. after shampoo, use a leave in conditioner - most of my frens and i agreed on pantene leave in condi. then if you dint mind spend a bit more, use serume to protect hair - loreal. don use wax or sculpting lotion, yr curl will turn out coarse and hard.
