HAND BLOW DRY IT TO GIVE IT BODY AND VOLUME WITH A ROUND BRUSH, THEN PUT YOUR HEAD DOWN AND PUT STRONG HOLD HAIR SPRAY ON YOUR ROOTS ONLY, NOT THE WHOLE HEAD. IF THE HAIR ISN'T AS VOLUMNIOUS AS YOU WANT THEN TEASE IT WITH HAIRSPRAY, BRUSH, AND FLAT IRON.

blow dry ur hair then tease it even the tips .. then spray it ( just a little ) shape it with ur fingers the way you want

that's probably her natural hair [its really pretty] and i think u could try blow drying and hairspray...that'll do it!!! i think :P
