hi i live in the bay area, almost all the dudes here have short hair no matter what ethnicity. i have thick black hair that is not very manageable without being wet or hair gel. they are still long though and i was wondering that if i grew my hair to shoulder length, would it give a bad impression at my university and future employers, i don't wanna stand out from the crowd because of a different hairstyle.also my hair is straight except when i grow it long it becomes wavy. how do i keep them straight? ur opinions are appreciated . thanks.
