i love vanessa hudgen's hair, my hair naturally curly and thick but it's soft like hispanics hair, and the same length as hers, but how can i get my hair to get wavy?

you loosley curl for V and then with a wide tooth comb through it and spray with hairspray

haydens you spray the hair with hairspray first and then curl
